Rohacell IG and IGF Fine Cell Foam

ROHACELL is a high-performance foam core material that is used for lightweight sandwich structures in various industries, such as aerospace, automotive, medical, wind power, and sports. Some of the benefits of ROHACELL are: 

  • It has excellent mechanical strength, even at low densities, and can withstand high temperatures and pressures.
  • It can be easily processed by common machining methods, such as milling, drilling, turning, and sanding, or thermoformed into complex shapes.
  • It can reduce production time and costs by allowing fast curing for autoclave, resin infusion, or press molding processes.
  • It can improve the performance and efficiency of composite parts by reducing weight, increasing stiffness, and enhancing damage tolerance.
